Stephen Bailey
With over 25 years’ experience in financial services, I’m driven by a simple goal: helping people achieve their financial ambitions and protect their family’s future. My approach is practical, transparent and calm, whether you’re arranging a new mortgage, reviewing protection, or planning your next step.
Outside work, life is happily busy with three young children and their clubs and sports events. When time allows, I’m watching or playing a variety of sports and battling, often in vain, to trim a few shots off my golf handicap.
Ian medway
With more than 20 years in financial services, most of them with a Hertfordshire-based brokerage. I’m known for clear, concise guidance that keeps things simple and helps clients secure the property that’s right for them. Whether you’re buying your first home or moving up the ladder, my focus is on straightforward advice, steady communication, and results.
Away from the office, I’m an avid watcher (but not player!) of football, rugby and Formula One, and I enjoy live music, theatre and travel. I live in Essex with my wife and our two children.
